His friends made some remarks especially to Thomas after he tripped over someones leg during his walk garbage down the isle. Thomas got sick from those remarks, and thought about how people would accommodate fun of him, which caused him to be trapped in the washroom.

That made everybody gathering around the movable washroom yelling comments to Thomas on how to free the door and eviscerate out safely to continue the journey.
